To create a timeline of their lives applying the past tense.

Further Extension
Timing in this session is not accurate as it should be adapted to students' needs. It is okay to give them more time if needed.

If there was some time, it would be a good idea to play one game that they already know.
Assessment tools
Peer-assessment makes them conscious about the importance of assessing and the benefits of it. It helpts to normalize it and take off the pressure.

Also, being assessed by a classmate, by a peer, it is a great oporttunity to establish good relationships in the class.

The teacher can use the same grid to assess the students.

Attention to diversity
Students who struggle more with Enlgish can have some notes when presenting their timelines.

Also, the use of visual materials (poster, presentation, etc) will help students to perform a better exposition
